Q: Do you sell branded medicines or generic pills?

A: Yes. All the drugs on our site are high quality generics. We do not sell brands.

Q: What does Generic stand for?

A: Generic are the identical clones of branded medications. The only difference in the two being the patent and the price at which it is sold. It contains the same active ingredients and match the branded drug in terms of both pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties. Be it dosage, strength, route of administration, safety, efficiancy, or use, genetics match their counterparts in all aspects.

Q: Why does it differ in characteristics like shape and color or even the printed name on the pill?

A: Branded pills are patented and are protected by copyright. Hence, generics are different in color and shape but have the same active ingredients.

Q Why are generic drugs cheaper than the brand name ones?

A: Patented drugs are protected by patent for 17 years since they are discovered and manufactured first. This helps the original manufacturing company recover the cost of research. When the patent is over, other companies apply to the FDA and they can manufacture generics at low costs. Hence, they are cheaper.

Q: What is the quality of generic drugs?

A: In order to be called a generic version, it must match the original branded drug in terms of active ingredients, speed of absorption etc. Hence, a generic drug is the same as its counterpart in terms of quality.

Q: What are the manufacturing standards for generic drugs?

A: All our generics are manufactured under extremely stringent quality control measures.

Q: How do Soft drugs differ from Regular?

A: Soft tabs or drugs are absorbed directly into the blood stream when placed under the tongue and hence, they act faster.

Q: Are your products approved by FDA?

A: All our products are approved by the Indian FDA. They are manufactured in India and shipped from there.

Q: What is the package look like?

A: We value and respect your privacy and hence, the pills will be in a blister pack in a sealed envelope having only your name and address.

Q: How can I order from your website?

A: Browse our products list, select the product(s) you would like to purchase and put it to your shopping cart. Then check over the items listed in your shopping cart. You have the option of adding or deleting the items listed by changing the item quantity. Once all of the products you wish to purchase are listed in your shopping cart, proceed to checkout for submitting your order.

Q: What forms of payments do you accept?

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: A hold will be placed on your card the moment you place the order. The actual funds will be deducted only when the order is dispatched.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: An order can be cancelled before it is processed. Please ensure that you read the shipping terms and conditions well before you place the order.

Q:The amount charged on my card doesnt match my order amount, why is this?

A: This happens because many of our banks charge in different currencies like Euro which are dependent on international Forex Currency exchange rates. Depending on the fluctuation of these rates, the charges may vary in your actual invoice. In most cases, the amount will be lesser and we give you discounts to adjust the exchange rates. Some banks also charge commissions on international money transactions and the amount may also depend on your bank. If this is the case then there is not much that we can do. But if for some reason you believe that you have been overcharged or if your credit card shows that you were charged much more than the actual amount you paid, then please contact us and send in a copy of the statement (fax or email) and will we do our best to rectify the matter by applying an account credit. We will be unable to refund back to your credit card any fees charged by your bank.

Q: How do you ship orders and how long does it take?

A: We ship through Trackable Courier Service. Trackable Service deliveries take a maximum of 3-5 days to deliver. Ensure that you read the shipping terms and conditions before placing order.

Q: Will I get a tracking number after the order is shipped?

A: Yes. An email will be sent to you with the order number once your order is confirmed.

Q: What is the difference between EMS tracking number and Airmail tracking number?

A: For EMS, you can start using your tracking number to track the order within 4 days of receiving it. But for airmail, the tracking number will work only after airmail makes an attempt to deliver your package.

Q: Where can I track my order?

A: The right website to track your order depends on your country of residence. Please refer to our shipping terms and conditions.

Q: What if my order is delayed at customs?

A: If for some reason, your order is delayed or stuck at customs, then please contact us and we will reship it for free. Alternatively, if you cannot or do not want to wait until we reship it, then your money may be refunded.

Q: What am I to do if part of my order is missing?

A: If a part of your order is missing, then most likely, it was sent in two or more shipping packages which will arrive in a couple of days. You can inform us and we will find out the reason or reship it if necessary.
